Here you'll find my obsessive chronicling of all things related to me losing weight. No self-pitying or thinspiration, though. Homie don't play dat.

To say that although I’ve been wobbling on and off the wagon for months, I’ve got a plan and a crap-ton of willpower to get back on and stay on, officially starting in 5 minutes and ending the day I die.

Text

Thursday: 216.5

Friday: 216.9…Up? How’d it go up when I was starving the whole day before?

Saturday: 213.0… So, I lost 4 pounds in 24 hours? You’re full of shit, scale.

Sunday: Forgot.

Monday: Didn’t want to weigh in the morning because I was up super late the night before (and I at super late) and that throws things off.

We’ll see what that lying, vindictive scale says tomorrow. :P

Day 1 getting back on track went well. Finishing the day at 1360/1171 net calories. I was stinkin’ hungry and spacey all day, and my body reacted to exercise like I was trying to kill it, but I’ll adjust.

Thanks to those who welcomed me back with no judgements. I needed that.

My official goal for December is to lose the 9 pounds I gained in November. That way, I can start out 2012 right on track.

Text

Hi friends. I kinda fell off the wagon. And then the wagon ran me over. Repeatedly. For a few months.

I was kind of clutching on for dear life and doing OK until 38 days ago, when I started a binge bender and never stopped. I’ve gained 9 pounds in those 38 days, and I can feel every ounce of it. It’s a thoroughly yucky feeling, and it’s gotta be remedied.

I’m pressing the reset button.

Highest weight: 267

Lowest weight: 205.3

Today’s weight: 216.3

It’s about time I revisit that old friend, exercise.

Down 1.5 pounds, which unfortunately doesn’t mean much because I’ve been zigzagging like crazy and I’ve definitely hit lower lows than this one. But, it’s better than being on an upward zig.

I got an ad from Black Bear diner this morning announcing a new “fit and focused” section on their menu. Everything under 500 calories. Glad to see that. One more place getting on board with the idea that eating out shouldn’t have to mean that you can’t eat anything else for the whole day.

Just gave the pup a bath. I think it should count as cardiovascular exercise today. She did NOT want to be clean. I am soaked from head to toe.

“We” being the pup and me.

I’m pretty proud of myself because it’s been a long battle, getting from waddling half a block to being able to run distances….but I’m especially proud of my dog. She’s pretty much a spoiled princess that usually wants me to carry her after 10 minutes. But we’ve been working on getting her fit, too, and she’s doing quite well.

New fit vlog- week one of my ‘5 weeks to ONEderland’ goal is done! Also, I found an old shirt that’s HUGE on me now! :D

Another fit vlog! I talk a little bit about self sabotage and my goal of 5 weeks to Onederland.
